Talk to the relevant staff member about your feedback. You can find their contact information on their team webpage. Please note that you may experience a delayed response, as the IRC utilizes a triage system- Click here to learn more.Ā
If you would like your concern escalated to a supervisor and/or manager, please let a staff member know. The staff will tell the supervisor/manager that you would like to be contacted to share a concern.Ā

If you or someone you know have been discriminated against, harassed, exploited, or abused by an IRC employee, intern, volunteer, or a partner organization:Ā
Tell a trusted employee to report the incident, orĀ
Report the Incident to the IRC Ethics Hotline: +1 (866) 654-6461Ā
You will hear a recorded greeting asking you to wait for assistance. An Intake Specialist will then come on the line. You may then ask for an Interpreter to assist you in making the report.Ā
